Our pay rates are significantly higher than industry average, and none of our staff regularly work more than 5 days or 45 hours a week. This allows an effective work/life balance, and ultimately is reflected in their high productivity and commitment to our company and clients.

Performance Appraisals

All Focus people undergo regular structured performance appraisals and direct contact with our hands-on management team.

Regular performance appraisals also act as tangible incentives for team members to be formally recognised for their achievements and commitment.
