All Focus people are salaried and waged employees of the company – not working for themselves or contracting to us. This allows a clear chain of command for effective communication and management.

In partnership with a leading investigation company we professionally vet and screen all potential employees before they are offered employment with our company.

Our thorough pre-employment vetting allows screening of Ministry of Justice, ACC, Land Transport NZ and Baycorp/Veda records, as well as detailed personal and professional reference checking.

Uniformed & Well Presented

While on duty our people are dressed in the distinctive modern Focus uniform so they’re easily recognisable to staff while on site. In addition to this, all staff have their Focus photo ID badge visible at all times.
